Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is unused,
- In original packaging,
- Not damaged or worn.
Customer must provide order number & proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used shoes
- Sale/discount items
- Customized products
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item:
- Refund will be issued within 3–7 working days
- Refunds are processed through PayFast or original payment method
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
