Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused,
  • In original packaging,
  • Not damaged or worn.

Customer must provide order number & proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used shoes
  • Sale/discount items
  • Customized products

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item:

  • Refund will be issued within 3–7 working days
  • Refunds are processed through PayFast or original payment method

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
